Full-time position is available in downtown Indianapolis office to welcome, orient, and champion client access to treatment, follow-up on clients and foster engagement in the treatment program, provide individual instruction and remediation to the special needs of the clients served in outpatient treatment, assist clients in accessing additional needed services in the community, help facilitate family involvement through outreach and access to transportation, and to aid clients and the treatment team in the communication flow between treatment team and the referral sources. Full-time position available to provide home-based counseling and case management services to Marion County children and families seeking preservation or reunification. This position will provide individual and family services, coordination of care with the Marion County Office of Family & Children’s Services, complete case documentation, and participate in agency quality assurance activities. Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field is required. Special Events Intern

Assist in the planning and execution of two events – one in the spring and one in the fall. The spring event, called Salute to Families, is a celebration of families and the work of Family Service. The intern would help with the event logistics, which includes menu, décor, scripting, Power Point presentation, table seating charts, marketing corporate table sponsorships, inviting special complementary guests, registration, securing gifts for the winning families, and oversight of printed materials (invitations and programs).
The fall event, Stand Up for Families, is a fundraising event that includes a dinner, silent and live auctions, and stand up comedy. The intern will assist with event planning, promotion, telephone follow-up with corporate sponsors and auction donors, program scripting, database management, gift and sponsorship acknowledgment, auction catalog, event program, and other event logistics including menu, décor, auction details, seating charts, auction set-up, and registration.
