Cost As Central Indiana’s oldest social service not-for-profit organization, Family Service is committed to making services affordable. Fees are based on each family’s unique circumstances and ability to pay. Cost should not be an issue. If a government case worker or probation officer has advised you of the need for chemical dependency treatment, enrollment in this program may fall under some of Family Service’s existing government contracts. Call us or check with the case worker and/or probation officer for details. Enrollment / Additional Information To enroll, please contact us (317.634.6341) for information or if you have any questions. Like all our clients, individuals receive an assessment to determine the best methods to address their situations. Comprehensive and customized treatment plans are then created to guide treatment.
